Diffusers
All Scentology diffusers come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your diffuser is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Fragrance Oils
Due to the nature of fragrance oils, we do not offer warranties on oils once opened. If your oil arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Use of non-Scentology oils in our devices

• Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email support@scentology.co with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos or video showing the defect. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
